Sing Tao News Corporation Limited is a media corporation with a vision to become a leading cross-media content and service provider serving global Chinese communities. It is obligated to contribute to educating and nurturing the next generation. In order to raise students’ interest in journalism and allow the young generation to better understand the operations of a newspaper, the Group regularly organises “Explore Sing Tao Tour” for schools and non-profit organisations and commercial organisations. During the visits, staff from the Group’s Editorial Department, Art Department, Printing Department, New Media and Information Services interact with students to explain and demonstrate their operations in addition to answering questions from students. The Group hopes to broaden students’ horizons of the media industry through career exploration events.
